So here we are again! New companion! I´m not training like the district leader and ZLs thought, but I was sent Hna. Santiago, the tiniest missionary in the mission. She is soooooo short. She´s from Mexico! I´ve also been told (by President) that she is going to be a bit of a challenge. But right now I´m pretty positive, and I´ve been feeling like a challenge is due, so I´ve been preparing myself. Just pray for me though.
So Easter and Conference were nice. Conference in Spanish is not the same, but I was so grateful that it worked that I started crying in the beginning. And then during the World Report when they talked about the Phoenix temple I started crying again- ¨Mis hermanos estaban alla!¨
Yesterday for my birthday (and because Elder Castillo really wanted to) we went to this mall for lunch after our transfer meeting, and we rode the kiddie train. I have video and some good pictures. There was this adorable cowboy song in Spanish playing. And we handed out cards to people from the train. It was fun :)
And then in the afternoon I got dehydrated and threw up 8 times from 4:30 to 9:00 at night. Not fun. But I got a blessing (Elder McDonald got to participate AGAIN like in the MTC!) and the nurse came by late and gave some meds, and I felt perfectly fine this morning. So many people came over to fuss over me though last night, because there was a going away party for Hna. Harden and Elder Castillo, and a birthday party for me in the chapel last night, but I couldn´t show. So a third of the Relief Society came over and gave me some well intentioned but dodgy medical advice. I felt super loved!
So that was my day, I am out of time, I love you guys, BYE!!!!!
P.S. I think I sounded moody last week because I was. I´m sorry.
