Thanks for the email, as always. Your weird creeper laundromat story was a little hard to follow (as I´m sure my emails are) but I´m glad that you are safe, and creeper free now! And congrats on the teaching certificate!!!!!!!!!!
I have 0 Easter plans, other than having appointments like normal, and eating with a member family. I have been told I´ll be eating habichuelas con dulce all that week, so I´ll let you know how all of them compare.
So we have a couple of special neighbors here. One is a dog named Doki. He´s big, white, and fluffy. We gave him a bath yesterday and that was a little sad because he had some many ticks and fleas :( But he´s and awesome dog. He hangs out at our front door and follows us all over town. He went into the super market with us yesterday, and we kind of had a panic attack because he started roaming the meat section. But the owners of the store were chill about it. I think they thought it was funny to see these two white girls (which is alwyas entertaining to them) yelling at this dog for 5 minutes, apologizing and explaining that he doesn´t belong to us.
Oscar is our other neighbor. He and his sister are active members of the church, but his mom doesn´t come. He´s 9, very intelligent, and hilarious. His favorite people are the missionaries. Like Doki, he often hangs out at our door. He is definitely one of my favorite people in the world. He likes to run errands for us, and walk us home from his house at night for our protection (we live two houses down). Basically everything he says is entertaining, so I can´´t even think of something he´s done to describe for you. We spent 5 minutes watching him climb all over Elder McDonlad once, and that was fun. He has his plans to serve a mission one day, and I really hope he gets there.
We had an amazing lesson with our one progressing investigator this week. And we made an incredible contact the other day. Hopefully I will have more news about her next week. And I will write all about Mayor next time, so that you can get all of his story. I´m out of time! So things are great!
Talk to you next week! Love you!
