Yep, at the end of this transfer, it will be one year till I´m sent home. That is a little crazy. More and more lately, I realize that I have a very little window of time to serve the Lord in such a dedicated way, and I´ll be accountable for how I´ve used His time one day. I try to always be aware that I am on His time, and not my own. Oh, and yes, they do celebrate el Dia de San Valentin here, and Hna. M. and I are planning on exchanging gifts, and balloons, and I´m assuming there will be chocolate.
So I´m running out of time, and there isn´t a whole lot to report, but I want to stress to all of you the importance of the members in missionary work. Lately, we´ve been coordinating with our ward members better, and have had great lessons with them, like this specific person was so perfect for our menos activo. It is such a relief when we see them talk to our investigators or menos activos at activities or at church. We have had almost no progressing investigators, but some of our menos activos have been progressing, and that is cool to see. It is so important that we support them in keeping their baptismal covenants, because those are sacred! I do really love this ward, and will be sad to leave it when that day comes. But that is the cool thing about the mission--getting to meet and love lots of people.
Have a great week, All!
Love,
Hna. J.
